I’m liz

I’m a mother of two, born and raised in St. Louis. After living abroad in Seoul and Istanbul, I returned home and met my husband in 2015. The birth of our first child brought postpartum anxiety, but also a realization that support during pregnancy and postpartum is crucial. My sister-in-law and I started a podcast sharing birth stories to connect with other parents. This journey ignited a passion for supporting birthing people, leading me to become a doula trained with Bebo Mia. My mission is to raise awareness for birthing disparities and make education and support accessible to all. Empowering individuals to make informed choices is at the core of my work.
